Through this six-week course, you'll gain the knowledge you need to pass both the Legal and Mathematical portions of the exam. Keep in mind, though this real estate course gives you more time to learn the material, we cover a substantial amount of information - knowledge you'll need to not only pass your exam, but also to excel in real estate.

As mentioned above, we feature one whole-day sessions to adequately prepare you for your exam. We cover all legal and math aspects of the real estate course, besides a 3 hours long hands-on "Mock Exam"

On this day, you'll be given a complete and thorough review of each chapter, we will cover every important question you may have, and you will complete a Mock Exam. Our students tell us that our Mock Exam is just like taking the real estate UBC exam. Because of the experience, they are confident in taking the UBC exam and end up passing with high marks!
