The 23 year old woman who was gangraped few days ago suffered serious injuries in her vagina, her lower vagina was found to be badly damaged. According to the doctors treating her, she may lead a normal life if she comes out of this crucial phase.

The woman and her male friend were assaulted, stripped, robbed and then dumped by the roadside by the six men in a private bus. The torture lasted for about 40 minutes. This incident had left India shocked, and that there has been a massive outpouring of grief and expressions of support.

"We understand that women is from the medical line and ours is a financial company, however, we are open to appoint her on a respective post as soon as she gets normal and since we are a private equity company helping startups, we will not hesitate to help set her own business to provide services to the people who supported her. We salute her spirit to overcome such a tremendous pain which could have left anyone dead in few minutes. We request other corporates to come forward and support this cause," said Ajay Garg, Executive Director, Exhilway Global Wealth Management.

Exhilway Private Capital Market under the corporate social responsibility programme will assist Delhi government to set up helpline number and install GPS systems in buses to track the exact location.

"There should always be enough security on roads, the woman who is being raped should not be expected to call helpline numbers and also the public transport drivers should be trained on how to manage stress followed by strict laws so that this kind of brutual gangrape incident never happen again. Also, there should be a strict law on consumption of alcohol while driving, you cannot expect respect out of a driver who is drunk," said Nadia Khan, a student of Zakir Hussain College, Delhi.
