To celebrate Expedia's 5th birthday in Australia, Expedia.com.au, operated by Expedia, Inc., the world's largest online travel company, is giving five people every day, for five weeks, a refund on their travel purchase.

Whether they have booked a flight, hotel, car hire or complete holiday package, all Expedia.com.au customers between 23 August and 26 September will be in the draw to win back the value of their travel purchase!

The winning Expedia customers will be reimbursed for their purchase once they have travelled. The only condition is that they must travel between 23 August, 2010 and 26 September, 2011.

1. The Promoter is Expedia Australia Pty Limited ACN 101 694 946 of Suite 1, Level 2, 77 King Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The website is owned and operated by Expedia, Inc, a Washington corporation.
2. The Promotion commences at 00:00:01 AEST on 23/08/2010 and ends at 23:59:59 AEST on 26/09/ 2010 ("Promotion Period").
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who meet the criteria set out in the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
4. Persons who make an eligible booking on Expedia.com.au during the Promotion Period will be entered in the Promotion.
5. Draws will take place Monday - Friday at Insured Creativity, 89 Wellington Street, St Kilda, Victoria 3182, in accordance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
6. Each prize awarded will consist of a reimbursement to the prize winner for the value of the relevant booking made on Expedia.com.au. The travel associated with the relevant booking must be completed before 26 September 2011 in order to redeem (or, in relation to residents of Victoria and Queensland, retain) the prize.
7. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail and SMS within 2 business days of each draw. Details of prize winners will be published in The Australian, as the times set out in the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
8. Victoria and Queensland Residents: If you do not complete all travel associated with the relevant booking, the value of the prize must be returned to the Promoter and will become a debt owed by you until returned.
