Expert Indian Wedding Planner/Caterer to Make National TV Debut with David Tutera

Therese Cole-Hubbs, President and Creative Director of Electric Karma, the Houston-based company specializing in design, coordination and catering of Indian weddings; to appear on the March 4th episode of WeTV's "My Fair Wedding With David Tutera."

Therese Cole-Hubbs, President and Creative Director of Electric Karma International, the Houston-based event planning and catering company specializing in Indian weddings, will make her national television debut on WeTV's My Fair Wedding with David Tutera on March 4, 2012.

Ms. Cole-Hubbs, a leading authority in the United States on multi-cultural weddings, was tapped by the star and host of the popular reality program to prepare menu items suitable for the Indian/Asian-inspired nuptials that Mr. Tutera was designing for a young Los Angeles couple.

"While my team and I are generally sought after for our expert design and coordinating skills, our catering services are ranked top-notch as you will see during the show," said Ms. Cole-Hubbs.

With a reputation for setting the bar high by blending traditional customs and rituals with original cutting-edge ideas, Ms. Cole-Hubbs has designed, produced and/or catered more than 500 luxurious Indian weddings nationally and internationally. Her ability to bring world-class quality, service and style event is what garnered the attention of Mr. Tutera and his show's producers who were convinced that Ms. Cole-Hubbs's expertise in creating rich, cultural experiences would be a valuable addition to the episode.

"What a tremendous honor it was to work with David Tutera and the My Fair Wedding team and to have my dishes featured on a national television program," said Ms. Cole-Hubbs. "The only thing more gratifying was to see how happy we were able to make the newlyweds and their families."

The episode, which was taped in July 2011, will several mouthwatering dishes crafted by Ms. Cole-Hubbs including pani puri, a deep-fried breaded finger food typically filled with mashed potatoes, chick peas, spices and onion; and gulab jamun, the Indian version of warm donuts immersed in a sweet syrup.

A 27-year veteran of the events industry, Ms. Cole-Hubbs formed Electric Karma International, a division of her company ASC Event Services, in 2010 in response to the demand for wedding planners who can use cultural traditions with contemporary wedding elements. In less than two years, Electric Karma's business has flourished tremendously with Ms. Cole-Hubbs opening associate offices in New York, Los Angeles, Ohio and India.
