EZRanking Conducts SEO Knowledge Sharing Workshop - Discusses Latest Trends

The Knowledge Sharing session began with Rana commenting on the phase that the SEO industry as a whole and in the Indian perspective is in.

A SEO Knowledge Sharing workshop was organized on Saturday, 2nd March, 2013 by leading SEO Company in India, EZRanking. The Knowledge Sharing session was organized to discuss about the latest trends and developments in the SEO world, the impact and implications of latest Google updates like Penguin and Panda and how that is going to affect the overall rankings vis-a-vis the rankings that the professional SEO team achieves for its clients. The Knowledge Sharing session was held in their office in New Delhi and was attended by both the employees as well as others who are associated with the online marketing company.

The purpose of conducting the Knowledge Sharing session, according to Mansi Rana, business partner at EZRanking, who conceptualized the workshop, was to facilitate exchange of information and experience that her team and others associated with online marketing have gathered over the past months. She said, 'Online Marketing Industry is quite unregulated from the aspect of trainings and overall knowledge development. Hence, I thought of conducting sessions wherein people from same domain can share their challenges & achievements. The inspiration was to offer a learning and experience sharing platform.

The Knowledge Sharing session began with Rana commenting on the phase that the SEO industry as a whole and in the Indian perspective is in. She also set the agenda for the day followed by a brief discussion on how social media marketing impacts and facilitates SEO and search marketing. Moving on to updates in the SEO industry, a discussion was held on the recent disavow tool that was much talked about in the SEO corridors recently.
The conversations and Knowledge Sharing further moved ahead and eventually the much rife Interflora debacle had hit the forum. Being completely wiped out of Google SERPS (search engine result pages) due to suspicious link selling activities and the right use of Blogger Outreach was discussed. SEO experts like Matt Cutts were quoted and comparison was made with the experience that the team at EZRanking brings forth.

The discussion went on to current SEO trends and how can we take maximum advantage of such changes and ended with a round of snacks to have a tasteful ending to the Knowledge Sharing workshop. The attendants of this workshop were later asked if the session was useful, to which they answered in affirmative and requested for more such sessions to get fresh perspective and stay updated.
