Family Lawyer Betsy Branch Promoted To Partner At Dallas' McCurley Orsinger

Betsy Branch has been promoted to partner at the Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P.

DALLAS - The nationally recognized Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Durso Branch has been promoted to partner.

Ms. Branch joined the Dallas office in 2004, and has built a highly respected Family Law practice. Drawing on her more than four years serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Litigation Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, she often focuses on cases that include issues involving the well-being of the children caught in the middle of divorce.

"Betsy has always been a staunch advocate for her clients in and out of the courtroom," says founding partner Mike McCurley. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2006, Ms. Branch is a former Bexar County Assistant District Attorney and a former Assistant County Attorney in Guadalupe County. She is a 1990 graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law, where she served on Law Review. She attended The University of Texas and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Lamar University in 1987.
