Famous Teachers Attending Salsa Dance Weekend Festival in Jersey, Channel Islands

Online, September 27, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Jersey, close to France, with a wonderful Cafe Culture, tax-free shopping and stunning beaches will be gathering enthusiastic dancers from far and wide this weekend.

The dance event will be held in the beautiful Westhill Hotel, set in five acres of award winning gardens on the rural outskirts of Jersey's main town, St Helier.

The Weekend includes three nights of phenomenal Salsa Dance Parties, which will enable all the lucky participants to practice all they have learnt at the Salsa Workshops with the fantastic teachers available.

Teaching will be at a variety of levels from basic steps to advanced as well as how to look more stylish on the dance floor to turn heads and get partners queuing to dance with them!

Both Heidi Almonte (Guernsey Salsa) and Lee Hunter (Absolute Salsa) have taught Salsa Dancing and each lived around the world, following their passion for Latin dancing. Teaching Cuban Salsa, New York Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Cha Cha Cha for many years. Aswell as developing Salsa DVD's, organising corporate events and training thousands of students, many progressing to become salsa teachers.
