FastMed Names Kyle Bohannon As President, Urgent Care Leader is Positioning for a New Expansion Phase

FastMed Urgent Care today announced the promotion of Kyle A. Bohannon to President of FastMed effective immediately.

Bohannon leads all strategic, partnership and growth/development initiatives for FastMed, including leading the company’s corporate mergers and acquisitions practice and the subsequent integration programs required to assimilate each acquisition into the broader FastMed platform.  Bohannon also serves as Chairman of the FastMed Charity Committee, which orchestrates the company’s support of charitable contributions to community-based causes.

Bohannon has been with FastMed for four years.  He brought to the company extensive experience in private equity with HarbourVest Partners in both the United States and Europe and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.  He graduated from Amherst College, where he was a four-year member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team.  Bohannon is an active leader/coach in the Special Olympics organization and in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training.
