FedGenius, a federal marketing product and service firm will host a series of "Government Contracting Workshops". The first two-hour-session will begin Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at FedGenius' headquarters located at 6175 Main Street, Suite 399, Frisco, Tx 75034. This reoccurring event will repeat every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout the month of October.

"We are excited to host these free Federal contracting training sessions," Dustin McGrath, FedGenius' President and Chief Executive Officer, said. "Government contracting can be challenging and time consuming, but with the right knowledge our local businesses can be successful."

FedGenius provides federal marketing intelligence tools and training. With an internal research team and staff of federal marketing expertise, FedGenius is dedicated to helping federal contracting companies thrive in the Federal market; in spite of the current economic recession. The series of workshops will allow attendees to not only receive free training, but it also provides the opportunity to network with local professionals promoting team partnering and business enhancement.

Kenneth Kurk, FedGenius' Chief of Research and Development, will be the key note speaker. Kurk is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran who has written hundreds of technical proposals and he posses over 15 years of hands on experience in the Federal government. Kurk will share his experience at each workshop discussing topics such as: federal sales and marketing, developing strategic partnerships, market analysis, acquisition process and writing a winning proposal.

"These workshops are a resourceful outlet allowing companies who are seeking referral sources and business collaborations to meet," Victoria Nguyen, FedGenius' marketing coordinator, said. "Local professionals can network in a more personal environment versus a large conference. This setting makes it easier for attendees to communicate and learn more about professionals who are in the Federal market industry and working right here in the DFW."
