Feeco's Chris Kozicki Named President of IBA

Chris Kozicki, of Feeco International, was named President of the IBA at the Institute for Briquetting and Agglomeration's 32nd biennial conference.

This year the Institute for Briquetting and Agglomeration (IBA) held its 32nd biennial conference in New Orleans, LA. As a leader in the agglomeration industry, Feeco has been involved with the IBA for many years, but this year, Feeco's own Chris Kozicki was named President of the IBA.

With a degree in engineering mechanics from UW-Madison, Kozicki has been involved in the operations of the IBA for 15 years. A long-time board member, Kozicki has spent that last two years as Vice President, and the preceding two years as 2nd Vice President. His two-year term will focus on attracting new members, gaining more visibility for the IBA, and facilitating the IBA to be more proactive in the agglomeration industry.

With a long history of providing equipment and solutions to the agglomeration industry, Feeco has been involved with the IBA for many years. At this year's conference, Feeco's Brett Rittenhouse presented a paper on the design, operation, and opportunities of fertilizer granulation with a pipe reactor. In addition, Chris Kozicki was a lecturer at a workshop for newcomers to gain a basic understanding of the various processes, equipment, binders, etc., that are common in the agglomeration industry.
