Fiction 20 Down On the Road With Supervillains, Ballyhoo and Iration

Online, January 17, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Announcing their most high-profile tour to date, Fiction 20 Down will be revisiting several key East Coast cities and premiering many new locales including: Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Richmond and Atlanta, along with three of today's most successful rock-reggae acts - Supervillains, Ballyhoo and Iration. Fiction 20 Down will also headline several dates of their tour.

Fiction 20 Down (also known as F20D) are not newcomers on the rock-reggae scene. They have cultivated core followings in markets from Boston to Florida, out through Ohio and down New Orleans way. In the last few years they have gained credibility and notoriety in Baltimore and throughout the Eastern Seaboard, developing into stalwarts of the live music scene. Lead singer and founder Jordan Lally knew that early 2011 was the right time for a full-scale tour with other top bands of the genre. "We laid the groundwork ourselves and have been getting (a good amount of) attention from the underground. We've also had people approaching us for live shows, so we felt like the time was right, and we were poised to schedule a tour like this. We feel like it's our time."

Since 2007, Lally, who is also founder of The Reveler music studio, has worked tirelessly at writing and recording music while rounding out the band's lineup with the right blend of talent and attitude. With three full-length albums and one E.P. under their belt, Fiction 20 Down has a body of work that showcases their versatility and ability to consistently produce fresh, upbeat, inviting and lyrically-moving songs.

Reviews and feedback of their works reveal what their core following of fans already know. Their 2009 release, Comfortable Fools received praise from several sources.
