Fidelity National Home Warranty provides first, of hopefully many, three-year home warranty contract
Fidelity National Home Warranty has created two three-year home warranties for the Phoenix Neighborhood Stabilization Program to assist home buyers qualify for the $15,000 down payment and closing cost assistance provided by the NSP Assistance fund.

Per the City of Phoenix, the NSP Homeownership Assistance Program provide a $15,000 loan for down payment and closing cost assistance for buyers of foreclosed homes anywhere in the city of Phoenix. The full amount of the loan is paid back to the city when the homebuyer sells the home or refinances.
