Donning the likes of Hollywood actor, Gerard Butler, HM Queen Noor of Jordan, and Amitabh Batchan at the film festival, the company plans to promote its fashion worldwide and create an opportunity for oppressed Palestinians to overcome their struggles through education.

The Palestinian peoples' incessant struggle for freedom has continued to be on the agenda of leaders around the world. However, a new generation of educated Palestinians are taking it upon themselves to give to their country what others have not been able to do for centuries. Co-founders, Hilal Khatib, CEO, West Bank Couture and Fadi Musleh, CFO, West Bank Couture are part of this new generation determined to conquer oppression through the power of education.

"Our aim is to provide education for young Palestinians who have drive and talent and cannot afford an education. The company plans to work with neutral organizations such as UNRWA and Beir Zeit University, to pull talent out of the country that is stricken with war, and support them in terms of education and other basic needs for a period of time until they can stand on their own. Conquering the situation in Palestine is easier said than done. By taking it one step at a time, one person at a time, West Bank Couture hopes to achieve its goal in 5 years.
