JRN Institute of Aviation Technology, under the banner of IIA Group of Institutions, opens admission window for session 2013-14. The Three years Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License course duly approved by Director General of Civil Aviation(DGCA)

A. Mechanical
• Aeroplane & Powerplant (LA, HA, PE. JE)
• Helicopter & Powerplant (RA, PE, JE)

B. Avionics (ES, IS & RN)

Eligibility: The candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2/Intermediate class with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board or university or its equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final examination may also apply.

How to Apply: One can download application form from Website (URL-http://iiagroup.co.in/Applicaton-form-2013.pdf ) and send duly into institute's admission office as mentioned below along with 10th/Matriculation Certificate, 10+2 Marksheet (if already passed), and a Demand Draft of Rs. 650/- in favour of JRN Institute of Aviation Technology, payable at New Delhi.

Admission Procedure: Admission is purely based on performance of students in the screening test (written/interview) and satisfactory documents verification during the counselling.

For the practical and theoretical training of students, highly qualified faculty with extensive work experience in various Airlines, Retired Air-Force personnel are being inducted to impart quality exposure & training. For theoretical training, all class rooms are fitted with latest digital aids like OHP, LCD projectors, Computer based training kits & Laptops with audio amplifiers for better understanding of the subject. For practical all candidates are give training on most of the actual aircraft components and detailed mock-ups along with exercises on live aircrafts placed in the institute campus. Our institutions were first Institute in India who were given approval to conduct in house On-Job-Training (OJT) on its fleet of Live Aircrafts like Bonanza A-35 (light Aircraft), Learjet - 24 Heavy Aircraft, HS-125 (Heavy Aircraft), Aerospatiale Alouette II SA-318C (Helicopter) & Eurocopter EC-120B (Helicopter). It was first ever time in the history of Indian Civil Aviation that a live Airworthy Aircraft was imported from U.S.A. and grounded purely for the purpose of practical demonstration and training in an AME college for the benefit of its students.
