Enter Toyspedia.blogspot.com. It's the online blog that talks about toys for kids and the kid in you. We all love toys, and admit it, even as grownups we sometimes find ourselves competing with kids for toys. (Transformers, anyone?)

Toyspedia.blogspot.com is all about the best toys we've ever laid our hands on, the best toys we've always coveted at the toy store, and--say it with me--the best toys slated to be released in the future. We'll try to provide good online content about the best toys (and not-so-best toys to steer clear of). In time, with your help, we hope to be a sort of Wikipedia of toys.

Also, with this new blog, we intend to pay tribute to our favorite childhood toys. (Where would we be without them?)

As such, Toyspedia.blogspot is enjoining everyone to send in their writeups about their favorite childhood toy(s). 100 words is all we're asking, but if you need to say more, who are we to stop you? And if your childhood toy is still around, you can even send in photos--yourself included in the picture. 100 words. Surely, you can spew 100 words or less to share with us the toy that made your childhood a whole lot more fun.

By the end of the year around Christmastime, we at Toyspedia are hoping we can get people to support us in donating toys to less fortunate kids out there. We say we can't imagine a world without toys, so let's spare them from that.
