Financial Funding LLC Provides Funds for the Famous Diet Gourmet Restaurant

Online, November 1, 2013 (Newswire.com) - On the 17th of May, 2013, the Diet Gourmet Restaurant re-opened, with the help of funds from Financial Funding LLC. The Diet Gourmet was a Jersey Shore landmark from 1972 - 2000, when the owner retired and sold the business to a new operator. Over the next 13 years, the restaurant was 3 or 4 different places, but never was it as successful as the Diet Gourmet.

After Hurricane Sandy, the property became vacant and also fell into disrepair. The original owner, together with her daughter, decided to take the property back and reopen their once famous eating place.

Contracts were signed, plans were drawn, and everything was in place. All that was needed was funding. The owners turned to Financial Funding LLC to help with the rebirth of the Diet Gourmet.

First the entire outside of the building was redone, from the roof, to the door, the signage and everything in-between.

The Diet Gourmet always had long lines in the past, the mother and daughter owners could only hope that their past reputation would help them to the same success this time around.

When the Diet Gourmet re-opened, it was just like 15 years ago. The old customers came back, but this time, they all had grown children and grandchildren. The place was busier than ever.
