Finding Toys for Tots Makes Echelon Events' Holidays Merry

The holiday season is a time for generosity, and Echelon Events is giving back to the Houston community with a toy drive. The firm's President discussed the event, and the benefits of corporate philanthropy.

​Philanthropy is a cornerstone of the Echelon Events environment, with charitable events to support worthy causes being scheduled throughout the year. Anum, the firm’s President, announced that to finish 2017 on a high note, the team is once again running a toy drive at the office for Toys for Tots, and explained why as well. 

“We did this same type of donation last year, and it worked out great,” Anum explained. “Toys for Tots is a foundation that distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. Our associates can’t stand the idea of children going without any presents on Christmas. It’s great to work for a company that helps us succeed but also reminds us to give back. Our team always likes to get involved in some type of philanthropy, but we get especially inspired during the holidays.”
