Fine Art And Multi-Estate Auction Set For Dec. 14

Sarasota, FL, December 5, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Sarasota Estate Auction will hold a Fine Art and Multi-Estate Auction Sunday, December 14, 2014, from 1 to 5 p.m., at 6030 N. Lockwood Ridge Road, Sarasota, Florida 34243. Complimentary refreshments, beer and wine will be served starting at 11 a.m.

Open to the public, the auction will feature a range of items including Chinese artifacts, antiques, fine art, sterling silver, Oriental rugs, bronzes, porcelains, lighting and other fine items. The buyer's premium is 15% (12% with cash or local check).

Prospective bidders may preview the offerings Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday before the auction from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Sarasota Estate Auction is owned by local businessman and longtime resident Andrew Ford and his wife, Elizabeth Lathrop Ford. The 7,000-square-foot auction house, with seating for up to 100 people, features simulcast auctions where live in-house bidders compete against online bidders who have either placed previous bids, known as left bids, or are bidding online in real time.
