Fine Cut concentrate Health and Safety

Online, October 6, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Fine Cut has recently enrolled a number of staff on a health and safety course at local Northbrook College.

Taking part in this health and safety course are Tim Weeks - Fine Cut's Environmental Manager, and Jack Pollared - Fine Cut's QA Manager. It was decided that only one person involved with health and safety in the workplace within an organisation as large as Fine Cut Graphic Imaging was inappropriate, especially because of an increasing workload. It was decided that Tim and Jack would enrol on a free course to gain some knowledge on a very important subject so the workload can be spread. The course involves answering understanding laws and rights for employees and employers, which in turn makes the workplace a safer and more effective environment.

The health and safety students will gain a lot from the course, including a better understanding of safety at work, as well as the rights and dangers faced within the workplace so that colleagues feel they are working in a safe environment.
