Geneva - March 17, 2014 - Fiora's, a Geneva fine-dining restaurant specializing in contemporary American cuisine, today announced it has been voted "Most Romantic Restaurant" in West Suburban Living's annual Best of the West.

Now in its 18th year, the Best of the West relies on readers to vote for their favorite establishments in more than 85 categories including dining, entertainment, and shopping, and has gained respect as an arbiter of quality throughout Chicagoland. This year's results make it the 5th straight in which Fiora's has been honored, with top placements in categories including "Best New Restaurant" and "Best Restaurant" two years in a row.

"The atmosphere, so well-appreciated by our guests and greater Chicagoland, starts with the charming, 100-year-old home we were lucky enough to save from demolition," says Fiora's owner Mike Anastasio. "We were careful to preserve and build upon the character of what was already there, and everything magically came together in an ambiance people really feel and respond to."

In addition to Most Romantic Restaurant, Fiora's also placed 3rd in the Best Outdoor Dining Category and had mentions in the Best Steak and Best Service categories immediately behind Gibson's and Morton's.
