Fireleaf Design Puts Their Creative Touch on the Dry Dock Center Fundraiser

Tarpon Springs a creative design consultancy, Fireleaf Design used the power of design to help raise awareness for a local non-profit.

Fireleaf Design, a creative design consultancy, has led the design of The Fellowship Open, the first annual Dry Dock Center Benefit Golf Tournament and helped to raise $12,000 for the non-profit.

Providing creative design, development and consultation for the Dry Dock Center Inc.'s newly launched project, as well as event brochures, posters and flyers, Fireleaf Design raised the awareness of the Dry Dock Center's mission to provide a safe, secure and anonymous place for anyone attempting to recover from an addiction. Fireleaf Design also assisted with the planning and promotion of The Fellowship Open Golf Tournament, which was hosted at the Lansbrook Country Club on Saturday, Sept. 24th.

"Fireleaf Design chose to help support the Dry Dock Center Inc. because they are changing lives for people in our community," says Alan Brusky, founder and creative director of Fireleaf Design. "The Fellowship Open was an opportunity to raise, not only money, but awareness, for a local organization working to provide help, guidance, and compassion for those struggling with addiction, a disease that affects all of our lives in some way."

The Dry Dock Center is located in Tarpon Springs and for more than 20 years they have provided the facility to host meetings for anyone seeking to recover from any addiction including: alcohol, drugs, food, debt and others. With the help of Fireleaf Design The Dry Dock Center raised over $12,000.

"Fireleaf Design was wonderful and really gave us a professional look," says Nicholas M. Gettino, president of The Dry Dock Center Inc. "Without a doubt, their services had a positive impact on the overall success of our event because when businesses saw the work Fireleaf Design did and how professionally done everything was, people in the community knew that we were serious about our event and efforts."

The conclusion of The Fellowship Open lined up with a new beginning for Fireleaf Design as they move to their new office location in Tarpon Springs this October. The team with a soul and purpose is growing and expects to hire designers, a junior designer, developer, copywriter and admin staff within the next 12 months.
