First Annual Community Nest Foundation LGBT Holiday Toy and Essential Needs Drive
Los Angeles, California, August 14, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The Community Nest Foundation LGBT takes great pride in announcing the First Annual Holiday Toy and Essential Needs Drive for countless homeless youth in and around our community. This year we invite you to join us in championing a new tradition together to support community centers and shelters as they provide care, guidance, and education that dedicate their services, and provide safe havens for so many youths and young adults in transition.
We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to our sponsors and supporters, for this wouldn't be possible without them: The LGBT Sentinel, Seven Modern Furniture and Interior Design, Winn Slavin Gallery of Fine Art, Hazen Paper Co., Plan Three Media & Publishing, Longevity Staffing, Serge's Optical, Amin’s Jewelers, Varna Diamonds & many more who have donated their time and efforts.
We are elated to announce Community Nest Foundation LGBT First Annual Holiday & Essential Needs Drive.
Griffin Gram, Director External Affairs
This year together, with your contributions and support, we have been fortunate enough to distribute thousands of bottled waters in and around the city with the extreme temperatures we've had at Pride celebrations this year. To help instill self-confidence and job preparedness to applicants who needed assistance transition into the workplace, we provided professional clothing, suits, and shoes. Along with violins and other string instruments to LA LGBT Youth Center, My Friends Place, Feed South Central, and The Good League.
We ask you to join us as we continue to support homeless youth and the organizations that dedicate themselves to this very important and serious cause.
To donate and/or become a Sponsor, contact us today. We need your help, everything counts.
