First Car Rental Wins Silver at South African Service Awards 2011

Online, February 13, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Promoters and organisers of the South African Service Awards, Smoke Customer Care Solutions, have announced the winners of the 2011 South African Service Awards that took place over the period 1 September 2011 to 30 November 2011.

Earning the Silver Award, First Car Rental was placed in 2nd position in the Travel and Related Service - Car Hire division - and received 1007 votes over the three month period with an average customer satisfaction score of 89.86%. The service awards are based on achieving the most votes over the set period with a final average customer satisfaction rating of 80% or higher to qualify for a placement.
