First Forum to Discuss Crowdsourcing, Crowdfunding, and Open Innovation Launches

The Daily Crowdsource announced today the launch of an online forum where people can discuss the issues and news related to crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, and open innovation, in three languages - English, German and Portuguese, with plans for more.

The pioneering site for crowdsourcing news, The Daily Crowdsource (http://dailycrowdsource.com), announced today the launch of an online forum where people can discuss the issues and news related to crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, and open innovation, in three languages - English, German and Portuguese, with plans to roll out four more languages in the coming months. The forum is the first of its kind geared exclusively toward open, world-wide conversations about crowdsourcing.

"We created these forums to support the crowdsourcing industry and further the understanding of crowdsourcing principles by giving people around the world a place to ask and answer questions about this relatively new process that impacts business, funding, activism and communications," said David Bratvold, founder of The Daily Crowdsource and a leader in the crowdsourcing industry. "We thought it would be beneficial to bring together the companies and individuals who are contemplating - or utilizing - crowdsourcing to help develop best practices and elevate the quality of all of our crowdsourcing efforts."

To showcase the power of crowdsourcing, the construction of the forums and the translation of the conversations was crowdsourced.

"Participating in the creation of the forums was amazing. Brazil is one of the largest countries for collaboration, both online and offline. Having a forum to unify all the discussions and leverage crowdsourcing worldwide will be fundamental. And, of course, Brazil will benefit greatly." Rafael Zatti, founder of ideias.me.

While currently, the available forums are in English, German and Portuguese, The Daily Crowdsource plans to roll out the remaining four languages - Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch - by the summer. The company is also accepting requests for additional languages to continue to make this forum a truly global venue on crowdsourcing.
