I ask, why are these happening even though the government and the police have enhanced the security measures. Many awareness campaigns are held. Many women are confident with self-defence techniques. What leads to such a scenario? I believe, this can't be averted till the women folk are not confident about their existence, till the time women are not just aware of their rights, but also are aware about how to utilize their rights. Fight back decently, woman, and you can have it!"
