First LA Limo Announces Investment in New Fleet, Jobs

First LA Limo in Beverly Hills plans to hire up to 20 new staff in their Beverly Hills center, with aggressive plans to add more jobs as business picks up. "First LA Limo in Beverly Hills is in a labor-intensive industry," says Bobby Rezapour.

With the economy showing signs of positive growth, First LA Limo in Beverly Hills is announcing a major investment in a new fleet of luxury and luxury stretch limos. This will result in the hiring of several drivers and maintenance personnel, resulting in a direct impact of at least 20 jobs. This is an encouraging sign that things may finally be getting better in an industry that has been uniquely exposed to the worse recession since the 1930's, according to Bobby Rezapour, the founder of the company.

"As a provider of luxury limousine services, First LA in Beverly Hills is a bit of the proverbial canary in the coal mine," says Bobby Rezapour. "When the economy goes down, people don't have money to spend on First LA Limo in Beverly Hills. But as things have begun improving, we are seeing a steady uptick in calls." He notes that First LA Limo in Beverly Hills has weathered economic storms before. "We were blessed to make it through this downturn without having to lay off any key staff. Now we're excited about our growth trajectory going forward."

First LA Limo in Beverly Hills plans to hire up to 20 new staff in their Beverly Hills center, with aggressive plans to add more jobs as business picks up. "First LA Limo in Beverly Hills is in a labor-intensive industry," says Bobby Rezapour. "We need more than drivers. We need people who can handle the sending and receiving of our luxury limousines. We need maintenance techs. We need hosts." He says that positions at a luxury limousine provider like First LA Limo in Beverly Hills pay far better than comparable positions in other industries. "For example, when we say that we're hiring someone to wash our vehicles, your first thought might be, 'Okay, that's like the Wash 'N' Lube down the street announcing their job fair. Not very exciting.' But the truth of the matter is, you can't hire just anyone to wash a luxury stretch limousine that's worth a couple hundred grand. Our maintenance technicians are highly trained, aggressive individuals, and their pay scale is commensurate."

First LA Limo in Beverly Hills also plans to open a new bay in their garage center, which will impact the local construction industry positively. The company is taking bids from local building companies.

"We really are excited that we're able to get people back to work, putting more dollars back our our community. First LA Limo in Beverly Hills is all about our customers first. But to please our customers, we need a great staff. That's why we're so excited to be adding jobs right here," he says.
