Fleming Gulf Conferences Announces It's 2nd Annual Summit On Sustainable Mining
Online, February 14, 2013 (Newswire.com) - One of the biggest challenges facing mining organisations today is the need to mitigate envirionmental degradation that results from mining operations. With sustainability and social responsibility featuring prominently on every mining companies' priority list, it is more imperative than ever to identify common problems, along with tools, technologies and processes to reduce the social and environmental effect of mining.
Fleming Gulf Conferences, announces its 2nd Annual Global Sustainable Mining Summit, to be held on 28-29 May 2013 in Toronto - Canada. The one-of-it's kind event will present a global view on the current sustainability concerns in mining and recognise the interconnections between the economy, the environment, and society to ensure that today's needs for mineral resources are met, without compromising the needs of the future generations.
