Flex College Prep to Host Free Open House Events Across California
LOS ANGELES, CA, August 11, 2017 (Newswire.com) - FLEX College Prep will offer free open house events in Northern and Southern California in August and September. These free events will provide high school readiness evaluations to middle school students and college admissions assistance to high school students. Open house events will feature the following back-to-school seminars: "Getting a Head Start on College Admissions" and “Academic Planning for College Admission Success.”
Research indicates many K-12 students in the US are often unprepared to transition from middle school to high school and from high school to college. Studies find some middle school students are so deficient in math and English that they struggle to achieve a competitive GPA in high school.
Results align with national findings - students in the US are not as ready for high school and college as they need to be. We encourage families to attend our open houses so they can receive high school and college readiness evaluations for their kids. Once we identity the deficits, we can offer solutions that will increase a child's chances of success in high school and college.
