Construction is well underway for a new £3m sports hall for Trinity School, Newbury. FlexiDry F3 with a drying time of 21 days is being used for this project which is being carried out by main contractors Kingerlee.

FlexiDry is one of the most preferred names in quick drying screeds among builders and contractors owing to a number of qualities that distinguishes Flexidry from other fast drying floor screeds.

• Unlike most other screed additives which come in the form of coal dust like fine powder, FlexiDry comes as a liquid additive which is easier to transport and handle and has reduced health and safety risk from ingestion.

• Formulations of FlexiDry such as FO, F1 and F2 allow for drying times as low as 3, 7 and 14 days respectively.

• All formulations of FlexiDry enable light foot traffic to proceed within 12 hours of installation.

• FlexiDry fast drying floor screeds are 100% recyclable.

The Trinity Sports Hall project which includes a fully equipped sports hall with spectators' gallery, a large gym, fitness area, PE teaching rooms and cafe is being carried out in liaison with the West Berkshire Council. In addition to being an excellent facility for student sports, the sports hall is expected to serve as an ideal venue for local sports group and for general community use, as well.
