FNTI (Fidelity National Technology Imaging), the experts in full service physical records conversion have successfully completed the Clear Channel Communication document conversion project of scanning all of the Human Resources records.
Online, December 21, 2010 (Newswire.com) - FNTI (Fidelity National Technology Imaging), the experts in full service physical records conversion have successfully completed the Clear Channel Communication document conversion project of scanning all of the Human Resources records from over 150 market locations throughout the United States.
Clear Channel Communications realized that there were many benefits to converting all employee files to a digital format which included:
• Secured ease of accessibility
• Centralized control and better ability to meet HIPPA standards
• Ease of updating records
• Risk avoidance due to loss
• Savings in storage, administrative costs and people time
Because of security and confidentiality of private information, the paper files were converted onsite at the Clear Channel Corporate Headquarters with the highest level of quality assurance.
 Clear Channel and FNTI project teams worked closely together to stage the project and coordinated files shipped in by regions from around the country in an organized manner.
 Upon arrival of the files from various locations, a Clear Channel staff removed the unnecessary paper from the files and with the assistance of the onsite FNTI team, the pages to be scanned were assigned the designated document classification.
 After quality assurance, the electronic images were encrypted and securely transferred to an FNTI production facility in San Jose, CA for indexing and further document classification.
 FNTI worked closely with the Clear Channel technical team as the indexing and document classification for desired electronic searching and easy access was detailed and complex.
 After quality assurance stages, the completed images of the employee files were placed in PDF and XML format and transferred in batches using a secured FTP site to the Clear Channel Technical staff for uploading into their proprietary application.
The project began in April 2010 and was successfully completed in July of 2010. All employee files from around the country now reside in an electronic format to be secure accessed and used throughout the enterprise.
Jeanie Curran, Director of HR Data Management said "The quality of the FNTI conversion work was outstanding. Clear Channel Communication could never have done the project themselves and it would also have cost more money."
