AlphaOne in association with Round Table India and Government bodies marked 'World No Tobacco Day' in Ahmedabad on May 31, by creating awareness and actively encouraging people to give up the dreaded habit of Tobacco. There was a focussed drive organized at AlphaOne and Vastrapur Lake wherein there were hundreds of badges and chewing gums distributed with encouraging messages and tips to quit tobacco. The attendees participated enthusiastically in the fun and interactive activities, with more than 50 bikers including women on super bikes with the passion towards the cause with various messages displayed on placards to create the desired awareness in the city. The drive started and ended at AlphaOne, while covering major city points like IIM, Helmet Circe, Navrangpura, Law Garden, Nehru Circle to Mansi Char Rrasta and Vastrapur Lake.
AlphaOne thanked each participant and expressed their gratification at the successful drive by handing over Kiara Spa Vouchers as well as breakfast at Flavours. The Bikes and Superbikes participating at the rally parked near Cinepolis at AlphaOne to bolster awareness among the youth who came to watch the new release, 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'. Later, a special session on Yoga for Healthy Living was held at 5-6 PM in the main AlphaOne atrium by a team of Yoga Experts.

Tobacco has been proven to be a confirmed cancer causing substance by WHO nearly 30 years back, and there is no safe form or safe dosage of tobacco in the world. Doctors and Nutritionists suggest that if fruits rich in Vitamin C are consumed in large quantity it reduces the urge to smoke.
On May 26, 2013, AlphaOne also actively supported and encouraged all Amdavadis to quit the dreaded tobacco habit by partnering "Round Table India' in organizing a 3.5 kilometre Charity Walk titled, 'No Tobacco Walk-a-thon.' This was organized in the heart of the city to spread the spirit of good health and fitness among all city residents. More than 1000 Health conscious Amdavadis from many walks of life came forward to participate in the 3.5 km. walk that was flagged off by the Mayor, Smt. Meenaxiben Patel. The walk started from GLS Campus, Law Garden and came back via Mithakali Circle, Navrangpura Bus Stop and Swastik Crossroads.
