Foreign Affairs Motorsport and HGREG Lux to Dazzle Fans With Porsche Dream Cars at 2020 Miami DRT

MIAMI, February 5, 2020 (Newswire.com) - ​​Porsche fans, take a deep breath: Foreign Affairs Motorsport will once again showcase its latest collection of rare and distinguished Porsche automobiles at the 2020 Das Renn Treffen (DRT) in Miami on Feb. 9. 

One of the biggest Porsche car festivals on the eastern seaboard, DRT began in 2015 as an event to raise funds for local charities. It was born following the footsteps and charitable success of the 20-year-old VolksBlast vintage Volkswagen car show. Hosted at Sunset Place in the heart of Miami, the heart-pounding showing of 500 Porsches at DRT has attracted upwards of 10,000 spectators from across the world.

For 2020, DRT has grown by hosting four events spanned over four days. Here's a breakdown of the festivities:

Thursday, Feb. 6, & Friday, Feb. 7, All Day – Track Experience + Meet at Miami Homestead Speedway. Fans can participate in lead-&-follow drives on the track or more advanced drivers can run hot laps.

Saturday, Feb. 8, 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Cars & Coffee, a meet up of fans at The Collection in Coral Gables from 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Saturday, Feb. 8, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. – VIP Cocktail Kickoff & Preview – 6-9 p.m. at Town Kitchen & Bar in South Miami will round off with a concourse preview.  

Sunday, Feb. 9, All Day – Main DRT Event, the big finale at Sunset Place Feb. 9, featuring the full concourse car show.

Foreign Affairs Motorsport is again partnering with HGREG Lux to bring even more wow-factor to the 2020 DRT show. Topping the list of must-see Porsches this year is a custom-built RWB Porsche Outlaw 964, the latest Porsche 991.2, and other rare GT/RS limited-edition sports cars.
