Former Virginia Tech Gridiron Giant Tommy Francisco To Spearhead Magic Special Events' Picnic Division

Mr. Francisco is a former college football star for who played for Virginia Tech as a starting tailback. He scored six touchdowns against VMI on Thanksgiving Day in 1966, setting a Virginia Tech record that has lasted 43 years. After graduating with a degree in business, Mr. Francisco was drafted by the Denver Broncos, but suffered a knee injury in training camp which ended his football career.
