Four IMPAQT Employees Move Up To New Roles

IMPAQT, a leading Search Engine Marketing firm, is pleased to announce that four of its employees: Carol Brenneisen, Joe Santoli, Erin Castellano, and Bryce Walat, are moving into new roles within the company.

[Pittsburgh, PA] - IMPAQT, a leading Search Engine Marketing firm, is pleased to announce that four of its employees: Carol Brenneisen, Joe Santoli, Erin Castellano, and Bryce Walat, are moving into new roles within the company. These moves spring from many new opportunities at IMPAQT in line with the company's philosophy of making the most of its employees' talents.

Carol Brenneisen has moved from Director of Product Management to Account Group Director. In this role, she will oversee multiple account teams in IMPAQT's Client Services Department and provide strategic oversight on client campaigns. As the Director of Product Management, Carol worked with the senior management team to develop products and product messaging. Her ability to manage others and solve complex issues will be a great asset to the Client Services Department. Carol has a BA in Mathematics from Penn State and a Certificate in Professional Coaching from Duquesne University.

Joe Santoli has been promoted to Search Account Manager. In this role, he will lead Paid and Organic Search efforts with healthcare, retail and media clients. Previously, Joe was a Search Specialist and supported two successful clients since they were both acquired by IMPAQT. His knowledge in Paid and Organic strategies and his proven ability to look outside of the box in reaching client goals will be a supportive addition to his account team. Joe has a BA from the University of Dayton.

Erin Castellano has moved into a Search Specialist position at IMPAQT. She will support SEO efforts for a large CPG client and Paid Search efforts for three clients in Retail, Finance, and Travel. Erin previously served as a Project Manager, Engine Relationship Manager, and Executive Assistant for IMPAQT. She worked with both IMPAQT and IBM to design the Search Benefit for the IBM Business Partners offering, served as an assistant to Matt Naeger, Vice President of Strategy, and managed IMPAQT's relationship with search engines and Facebook. Erin's ability to build and maintain relationships will be a great asset to her team as they set new goals and serve their clients. Erin has a BA in Communication and a Certificate in Public and Professional Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bryce Walat has recently transitioned from IMPAQT's SEO Copywriter and Content Development Specialist to Communications Specialist. In this role, he will be responsible for writing content for internal and external marketing and PR materials, performing marketing research in support of sales and marketing initiatives, and performing quality control on client materials. In his previous position as SEO Copywriter and Content Development Specialist, Bryce wrote and optimized content for many of IMPAQT's clients. His knowledge of Search and his professional writing skills have made him the "go-to" employee at IMPAQT for content writing and editing, making him a perfect fit for his new position in the Marketing Team. Bryce has a BA and MA in Corporate Communications from Duquesne University.
