Fourth Annual "Brain Spa" Conference Comes to the Historic Buckhead Theater

Online, May 11, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The TEDxPeachtree organizing committee is pleased to announce that TEDxPeachtree 2012 will be held on Friday, November 2nd at the luxuriously restored Buckhead Theatre, a historic live music venue in the heart of Buckhead.

Since 1930, the Buckhead Theatre has played host to a variety of legendary jazz, rock and hip-hop bands as well as movie premieres. A multi-million facelift completed in 2008 has not only given the venue a new verve, it also saw the addition of state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems.

"The Buckhead Theatre is a uniquely appointed event space with a wonderful history," said Jacqui Chew, local business owner and TEDxPeachtree co-organizer. "We look forward to weaving its design elements into the visual interpretation of the 2012 theme 'Transcend,''" she added.
