So many people are saying they are wanting to try new things this year, they want to be the best they could possibly be, and they want to try more new things. The Soul of Yoga has put together a very special event for everyone that they are calling Soul Sampler.  It's where people can try great classes like sacred movement hatha yoga, kundalini, yinyasa, soft & gentle, prenatal, and group meditation, a raffle, and more. There's something for everyone so bring the whole family, plus live music with Thierry Maurel and a pot luck too.

From the moment I took my first class at the Soul of Yoga, I knew I had come to a yoga school like no other. It felt spiritual, safe, and uplifting. The teachers were caring and knowledgeable. It's been an incredible experience for so/ul many reasons!
