FREE ICD10 Superbill Conversions

eData Services offers conversion of Superbill codes from ICD9 to ICD10 at no cost for a limited time.

Medical offices are scrambling to adapt their Superbills to ICD10, but many will not be ready before the conversion date of October 1.

For example, under ICD9, there are 17 codes for a femur fracture. Under ICD10, there will be more than 2,600 individual codes. Overall, ICD10 increases the total number of medical Superbill codes from around 13,000 to more than 68,000.

eData’s Virtual Scribes have already invested the time to understand common ICD9 Superbill forms and have developed the skills needed to convert those reports to ICD10 codes. When they’re not involved in live scribing activities, they use this downtime to look up codes and convert Superbills for existing clients.

Since eData still has some extra capacity available, for a limited time, they’re offering these Superbill conversion services for free to help doctors’ offices nationwide to continue to operate after October 1 while adjusting to the new requirements.

Interested doctors should contact eData Services immediately toll free at 866-879-6306.

Fred Kumetz, founder and CEO of eData Services, stated “We'll take on as many doctors as we can, but we can't possibly handle everyone, so they should sign up as fast as they can!”
