Freedom Steel Celebrates Their Commitment to Employees
Delray Beach, Florida, October 26, 2015 (Newswire.com) - One of the achievements that Freedom Steel Buildings believes has been the key to its success is the percentage of its employees that have been with the company for greater than 5 years. Having long term employees can not only be resourceful, but can also lead the pathway of stability mixed with a company’s culture and environment.
The CEO of Freedom Steel, Sean Hackner, has been one of the biggest motivators and supporters of the team he has built for Freedom Steel. He constantly encourages his employees to excel which in return drives a workforce who gives their all for each client’s needs. Additionally, Freedom Steel’s commitment to its team has been the contributing factor to why so many employees have remained loyal employees.
One of the project managers at Freedom Steel, Perry Tabrizi, has been with the company for 12 years. He said one of the main reasons why he liked working at Freedom Steel is “the consistency for reliable service, the flexibility of any design the customer wants and then backed with the best customer service team I have ever worked with.” These qualities are what drives Tabrizi as a passionate member of the Freedom Steel team each year.
Ryan Hackner, also on the Freedom Steel Project Management Team, has been with the company since day one and believes in the work he accomplishes every day. “I know we have some of the fastest delivery in the industry and it has only developed over the years. This makes me motivated to work here and provide service for the wonderful customers we have.”
One of the engineers for the company, Ron Quintin, has been with the company since the beginning as well. Ron has always been interested in the steel industry and knows how crucial it is to provide only the best products for its customers. “I have stayed with Freedom Steel for all these years since I really love what I do and the connection I have with my customers. Knowing that I helped build someone’s dream design and then put it into a reality is one of the main reasons why I come to work every day.”
The customer base that the employees have built has proven to be a huge contributing factor and motivator for the employees to come into work every day. This consumer base has also been a major reason why many employees have stayed with the company since the beginning. Each employee cares greatly about its customers, thus providing the best customer service along with a strong, dedicated team to maintain the success of Freedom Steel Buildings for the past 13 years.
