French Vogue Magazine Opts for Penelope

Online, April 20, 2010 (Newswire.com) - So what's next? Penelope, baby, gets all the pals she can muster to help out... Of course. Who in their right mind wouldn't just die for the chance to edit Vogue for the month?
No, No, No, she didn't go back to the old neighborhood in Madrid and pick up all the housewives whose hubby's are out cheating on them every night. She picked up all, well most all the Hollywood insider group. Anybody left out? Not many. Start with Meryl Streep, Kate Winslet , Julianne Moore, Bono and finish up with Gwyneth Paltrow , Naomi Watts and heaven knows who else into aiding and abeting.
French Vogue hits newsstands this Friday and if you're lucky you get three choices of the cover featuring all of the above celebs. Vogue editors should receive an A plus in marketing and an "Award Francaise" for rounding up the whole Hollywood gang on the cheap. Did I neglect to mention Vanessa Paradis, Sean Penn, Javier Bardem, and Salma Hayek?

John Wilson, the Razzie's co-founder, says that awards group is asking Sandra Bullock to return the "Razzie" given to Miss Bullock for her lousy performance in the movie "All About Steve" and has nothing to do with her recent marital difficulties.
Wilson has gone to the media to request the return of the 'trophy'. It seems that in their exuberance the folks at Razzie gave Sandra the original trophy which has been around for thirty years and worth a few bucks as a collectors item.
Officials of the organization have not withdrawn their commendation for Bullock's rock bottom performance, they just want their trophy back which will be replaced by a replica worth at least five bucks US currency. Speaking to the UK's Telegraph newspaper, Wilson said that they still stand behind their selection of Miss Bullock as "Worst Actress".
Bullock donated hundreds of DVD's of the movie "All About Steve" which won her the award and hoped they would view the movie again and reconsider. She also has the distinction of being the only recipient of the Razzie and an Oscar in the same year.
