Fresco Announces the Unveiling of Its New All-Electric POD
Fresco XL is a fully electric and environmentally friendly POD with a Norwegian design
OSLO, Norway, January 18, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Fresco Motors AS ("Fresco"), a Norwegian technology company, is pleased to announce they will unveil the new Fresco XL on www.frescomotors.com on the first of February at 07:00 p.m. CET (Central European time). Fresco XL is an all-electric vehicle with no internal combustion engine, allowing the driver to experience unadulterated power without the disruptive noise of a traditional car.
"After a long and uncertain period because of the global pandemic, people from all over the world have experienced quite trying times that have been filled with negativity," said Espen Kvalvik, CEO & Chairman of the Board of Fresco. "As things are moving back to normal, we are happy to announce that we have chosen to unveil our extraordinary EV and our positive vision for the company's future."
"Using broad strokes, we have a grandiose vision of creating a sustainable future for all," added Adrian Kristofer Locklindh, COO & Member of the Board of Fresco. "We are working on achieving that through selling environmentally friendly solutions, and we are starting by offering an extra-large electric POD. It's such an exciting time for us, and we have the utmost confidence that consumers will absolutely love this vehicle."
Fresco XL features a minimalistic and Norwegian design, and the size of the vehicle provides more than enough space for eight passengers. While being designed by Espen Kvalvik, Fresco informs that there are currently no vehicles out on the roads that look like Fresco XL, and that their target is to use technology from external parties.
"During this pandemic, we have chosen to update our old sedan design and overall design language," said Espen Kvalvik, CEO & Chairman of the Board of Fresco. "Without unveiling anything confidential, I would like to say that we have gone from a traditional design to one that is highly futuristic. As we have chosen to bypass historical and traditional shapes, it's safe to say that there are no vehicles out on the roads today that look like Fresco XL. It's like a fresh breath of air."
"When it comes to technology, we have chosen to go for well-known suppliers," said Jakob Kirsebom Lanto, CFO & Member of the Board of Fresco. "Not only do they have already developed and tested parts that are ready to be integrated, but they offer both us and our customers safe and innovative solutions. There are so many great suppliers out there, so it makes sense for us to utilize them in order to save both development time and money."
Fresco will be unveiling Fresco XL on February 1, 2022, at 07:00 p.m. CET on www.frescomotors.com
