As well as expanding our range of services, we're taking on new staff. A high flying new Project Technical Assistant has joined the Cre8 team.

Displaying a natural flair for drawing, the aptly named Michael Tattoo has quickly mastered the technical mechanics of the construction industry. In fact he joins us on the back of a BTEC National Diploma in Construction passed with Distinctions.

As another way of driving business and staying ahead of the game, Cre8 Joinery and its partner company Washroom Washroom have brought the MRP system 'bisTrack' software program on board. Costing circa £100k, this is a substantial investment to control our manufacturing and recording process.

Always aware of doing our bit for the environment and trying to eradicate as much waste from the manufacturing process as possible, Cre8 Joinery will be using the high-end software to also help control costs, stock, and of course, assist in the elimination of waste.

Cre8 Joinery invests in SolidWorks 3D CAD drawing package

As if one considerable investment in a software solution this month wasn't enough, Cre8 Joinery has additionally invested in the SolidWorks 3D drawing package to further streamline its operations.

Along with computer upgrades to a total spend of £80k, this program will repay investment by producing cutting lists and material take-offs, thus reducing time and waste on materials.
