FSO Announces the Reformation of Their Corporate Strategy Team

Online, July 11, 2013 (Newswire.com) - FSO, the Nation's fastest growing onsite outsourcing company, continues to strengthen its infrastructure with the reformation of their Corporate Strategy Team.

Commenting on the restructure, Mitch Weiner (Founder, Chief Happiness Officer & Owner), remarked, "As our company grows, so does the demand for our intellectual property, experience and operational know-how. We fully embrace these needs, and will continue to develop and grow our core to ensure we have every area of our business supported."

Working side-by-side with Mitch, Denise Ngeow (VP, Corporate Strategy) and the Team will be responsible for: ensuring FSO brings their promises to practice from the front end of their business to the back; conducting client monthly/quarterly client reviews and site tours; providing analysis, sound advice, knowledge and strategic support to all of FSO's clients and prospects; managing all strategic partner relationships and ongoing strategies; being the leader of knowledge for all of FSO; and implementing all policies and procedures for the company.

To strengthen this structural adjustment that has been devised to drive FSO's goals and ensure Service Extraordinaire, FSO has appointed Shawn Curwen to Director of Corporate Strategy. Reporting to Denise, Shawn will play an instrumental role in FSO's client and prospect meetings and presentations. In addition, he will be tasked with ensuring FSO brings their promises to practice across all of their client locations.

In addition and effective immediately, Bobby Dillon (Best Practices Experience Director) will be expanding his role to support the Corporate Strategy Team. Also reporting to Denise, Bobby will be responsible for: ensuring complete customer satisfaction; supporting perfect implementations; and increasing touch points to all of FSO's valued employees and clients, including supporting FSO's employees by providing on-the-spot training and advice.
