In effort to (re)IMAGINE the FSO Employee Experience, Mitchell D. Weiner (Founder, Chief Happiness Officer & Owner) recently reenergized a long-standing initiative to further honor and celebrate their 1300+ hardworking employees who serve FSO's growing list of clients.

Spearheaded by Mitch & supported by Jim Caton (President, Chief Chaos Officer & Owner), Lisa Gorke (VP, People Solutions) and Lindsay Gallagher (Marketing), FSO's management teams have taken to the field, hosting "Employee Experience Lunches" for Mail & Logistics Associates, Facilities Managers, Records Associates, Copy Operators and Informationalists who service all of FSO's clients - Financial Companies, High End Real Estate Organizations, Media & Publishing Companies, Law Firms, Higher Education Institutions and many more. The goal of the lunches is simple: to show appreciation and give thanks to FSO's hard-working staff for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and performance, as well as to make each employee feel connected to the corporate office, culture and management team at FSO.

Commenting on the initiative that kicked off last month, Mitch remarked, "FSO loves nothing more than rewarding our hard-working, valued employees, and our leaders are constantly driven to think of ways to make the Employee Experience even better." He went on to add, "Our business lives and breathes through our people, and taking the time to recognize our people and their efforts in delivering outstanding service to our clients is central not only to our success, but the success of our end users."

Also commenting on the initiative, Jim Caton (President, Chief Chaos Officer & Owner) stated, "At FSO, we understand and embrace the challenge of keeping our staff highly motivated and committed through a variety of incentives." He went on to add, "Quite frankly, no other organization provides the level of encouragement and motivation that FSO does and we are committed to remaining at the top of our industry for recognizing and rewarding our dedicated staff."

As "co-founders" of the onsite outsourcing business and true pioneers of motivating people, FSO has the most comprehensive training, awards and recognition programs in the industry. These crucial offerings are what make FSO's people different from any of their competitors. It gives them that "twinkle in the eye, skip in the step, fire in the belly," which ultimately results in exceptional service delivery to the customer.
