With the current economic climate beginning to settle, a challenging new future for sustainable waste and resource management is emerging and FutureSource will reveal all new technologies and resources. FutureSource 2010 will feature Sennebogens standard 818 recycling and 305 Multihandler machines.

The newly launched Sennebogen 818 has been designed specifically to suit the tough conditions found in waste and recycling industries. The main advantage of this new 19.5 tonne operating weight recycling machine is the new compact and robust design which results in direct input from operators and thus sets new standards in its class. This machine was built taking into account safety concerns and Sennebogen custom built this machine purposely with a rear end swing radius of just 2.3 metres and an overall total width of 2.5 metres, making it agile and easy to use in cramped material recovery facilities and recycling sites.

Another key feature of this new 818 is that the boom and stick are controlled by a single hydraulic cylinder. This results in improved protection of these components, while fewer parts help reduce downtime and whole life costs. Additionally, the boom cylinder is 'reverse assembles' so that no dirt is deposited on the front of the cylinder, while at the same time, provides a better pipe run for the hydraulics.

Boom length in standard form is 9.2 metres and, when fitted with an attachment such as a waste sorting grab, the hydraulics are capable of providing the operator with fine and sensitive control movements that can increase productivity in sorting and picking, while reducing driver fatigue. A choice of outrigger and/or dozer blade configurations increases there versatility, tailoring the machine exactly to the type of application.

MacMachinery™ has already sold 818 and 305 machines within Ireland and Northern Ireland. RTD Crawford who specialise in the machine timber industry has recently purchased the 818 recycling and 305 multihandler. Speaking with Mark Crawford "He is delighted with the results of both machines and stated that they are both no nonsense strong flexible machines and is very impressed with the efficiency of how they operate". The 818 and 305 machines can be seen at the FutureSource conference held in London on the 15-17th June 2010.

MacMachinery™ is the new dealer for Sennebogen in Ireland and supplies all green line Sennebogen machinery and spare parts. The team can be contacted at +353 (0)7491 56708 or +353 (0)87 2494908 or www.macmachinery.com.
