FX Promotions Team Gives Back to the Community

The team has helped a wide range of charities and other philanthropic organizations. The director of operations indicated that his team really believes in the importance of community service. He revealed that the Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is the most recent organization they have committed to assisting. To help those in need during the holiday season, the FX Promotions team will be hosting a food drive. They selected this noble cause because they are passionate about feeding America.

FX Promotions’ Director of Operations Discusses Food Bank

The director of operations at FX Promotions discussed how the Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida supports the local community and how helping them has benefitted the company.

“This is a situation in which everyone wins,” he stated. “The community benefits from all of the great programs of the food bank. They provide over a million pounds of food and thousands of dollars every year. These go to agencies like food pantries, homeless shelters, and other such programs. We also benefit as a company from supporting the food bank.”

The director pointed out that you won’t find lines of people stretching around our warehouses waiting for food assistance with this food bank. Instead, there are representatives from more than 550 nonprofit feeding programs in our area who are picking up the food and distributing it to neighbors. The organizations that benefit from the work of the Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida include emergency food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, low-income youth activity programs, kids’ cafés, summer camps, and HIV/AIDS programs.

He also cited that volunteering is linked to better physical and mental health. Furthermore, it is a great way to make friends and improve relationship skills. These both benefit FX Promotions because morale and strong interpersonal skills are essential to a business’ success.
