FYPM Group Announces Mark's Promotion to Management

The leadership of FYPM Group is pleased to announce that Mark has been promoted to manager, effective in December. The leaders shared why Mark was selected and highlighted the skills leaders in this office should possess.

​Mark has been a vital part in running the FYPM Group office along with Stephanie while Brock, the customer acquisition firm’s Owner, has been traveling the United States on a training mission. His promotion to management reflects Mark’s commitment to being a leader in every sense of the word.

In his current role, Mark is managing one of the largest teams within FYPM Group. He is responsible for 10 people, ensuring that they fulfill their duties and deliver results. He is determined to hold himself and others in the office accountable for reaching goals for both the firm and the companies they represent.

He takes time to communicate the vision, the goals, and his expectations in a clear, concise, and consistent manner than ensures associates are informed and have a strong understanding of what they need to do. Mark also listens to them and seeks their input, which helps to inform his decision-making process as well. 

A high emotional IQ is a must for any manager. This means remaining calm and gathering facts before responding to a situation. A level-headed leader is one who helps everyone achieve success.
