Gamry Instrument to Attend the Electrochemical Society Meeting

Gamry will be attending the 227th ECS Meeting in Chicago, IL, USA May 24th - May 28th, 2015

The 227th ECS Meeting is being held this year at the historic Hilton in downtown Chicago  May 24th – May 28th, 2015. Thousands of scientific leaders from around the world will gather for this meeting. Every ECS Meeting is a forum for sharing the latest scientific and technical developments in electrochemistry and solid state science and technology.

This year’s meeting will include over 50 topical symposia consisting of over 2,000 technical presentations, full-day short courses, professional development workshops, career opportunities, poster sessions, dynamic technical exhibit and the 3rd annual Free the Science 5k Run.

John A Turner, Ph.D. will lecture on Monday, May 25th.  John has made an immense impact on the field of electrochemistry due to research in hydrogen production and innovation in fuel cells.  His lecture on Monday is entitled ““Hydrogen from Photoelectrochemical Water Splitting – What’s it gonna’ take?”.

Gamry Instruments will be attending and exhibiting at the event and will be represented by Max Yaffe, Vice President, Chris Beasley Electrochemist and Marketing Manager and Dr. Dominik Moosbauer Application Specialist. Their exhibit can be found at booth #401-403.  This year Gamry will be introducing some new electrochemical instrumentation and demonstrations.
