Enterprise Business Process Analysis (EBPA) is defined by Gartner® as the discipline of business and process mapping aimed at transforming and improving business performance, with an emphasis on cross-function analysis, and strategic and operational decision support. In its 2017’s Market Guide, Gartner® presents a thorough assessment of the leading process analysis vendors and points out that EBPA products must have capabilities that go further than process modeling and help align internal business processes with external consumer interactions.  Interfacing's flagship Enterprise Process Center version 10 (EPC10) was recognized in this report as worldwide leader according to a very complex, complete and strict set of criteria.
