Gateway to Success Celebrates Over $10,000,000 in Referred Business

Gateway To Success, a local chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), has surpassed $10,000,000 in referred business since its inception in January 2009!

Gateway To Success, a local chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), has surpassed $10,000,000 in referred business since its inception in January 2009! In just this past year, the group has already generated over two million dollars in business – a staggering amount for an assembly composed of only 24 working professionals. The majority of members have noticed over a 20% increase in business since joining Gateway to Success, and they are extremely excited to be part of such a rewarding group.

On the chapter’s recent achievement, Gateway to Success Co-Founder, Stacy Iversen, said,  “At first I wasn’t sure it could happen. But that just goes to show that when you care and give to others, great things can happen!” Co-Founders Stacy Iversen and Todd Smith first got together in September 2008 when they recognized their need to network with other small business owners. A few months down the road, Gateway to Success was born!

Most chapter meetings follow a very strict agenda, with time slots allocated for individual presentations and one-on-one networking. The assembly is usually wrapped up with a quick “I Have” session, during which members share testimonials and discuss their achievements. Participants have grown to see these meetings not as a task, but as the highlight of their week! They enjoy the chance to associate with likeminded individuals, and love seeing their business grow.

So far the chapter has been able to live up to its name; it has brought in a wide range of new business, and it even helped to keep some individuals afloat during the recession. Now that the economy is back on track, members are seeing an even greater return. Co-Founder Todd Smith believes he can attribute close to 45% in increased business to Gateway to Success, and he doesn’t think that number will slow anytime soon.  However when questioned, Todd stated that it wasn’t the improvement in business that kept him coming back, but the opportunity to network and flourish with his peers.

Gateway to Success is always looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a way to grow their small business. If you are interested, or have any questions, please contact chapter President Jeff Crouch at [email protected]!
