Gazeley Appoints Sally Lin As Country Director To Lead New Wave Of China Growth

Gazely new appointments and new plans for the following 18 months

Gazeley, a leading global developer of logistics warehouses, is pleased to announce the promotion of Sally Lin to Country Director and the appointment of Max Zhai to Senior Development Manager in the developer's China team.

Sally Lin has over 5 years of experience with Gazeley China, responsible for business development, strategic investment and land acquisition. In her new role Sally will be responsible for the general management of Gazeley's China business, helping to develop its reputation as a leading developer of cost effective, high quality logistics warehouses.

Max Zhai joins from December 2011 to focus on developing new and existing business opportunities across China. These two key appointments are in line with Gazeley's on-going talent localization strategy and continuous commitment to expanding its business in China.

Along with its growing team, Gazeley also has an increasing land bank and the necessary finance to achieve significant expansion. Already in the pipeline for the next 18 months are plans to develop over 325,000 sqm of property for a range of international blue chip customers in Guangzhou, Beijing and Chengdu, with a resulting value in excess of RMB 1.5 billion.
